Trigo AB: recycling company website in Arlöv
Trigo AB is a recycling company in Arlöv that handles iron, metal, and materials for businesses and private customers across Skåne. Their previous template site limited further development, tracking, and search work. I built a new Next.js site with clearer information architecture, order and contact flows, and stronger visibility for local and AI search.

The challenge
The previous template site looked dated, struggled on mobile, loaded slowly, and gave little room for SEO, analytics, or AI-oriented search. Trigo needed a platform that matched the company's standard and could generate more inquiries.
My approach
I designed and built a custom Next.js site with responsive UX, clearer IA, order and contact forms, analytics, and on-page work for SEO, AEO, and GEO. The structure highlights services, facility location in Arlöv, and paths for businesses and private customers.

Common questions
What did you build for Trigo AB?
A custom Next.js website for their recycling business in Arlöv, with services, order and contact flows, news, about, environment, and SEO/AEO/GEO foundations.
Why Next.js for this project?
Next.js gives server-rendered pages that load fast and stay crawlable, which matters for local search and AI systems that prefer clear HTML over client-only content.
How did you handle local search for Arlöv and Skåne?
The site structure, copy, and location signals point to Arlöv and the Skåne service area, with clear pages for services, contact, and facility details.
What does AEO mean on this site?
Answer Engine Optimization: clear questions, short direct answers, and scannable sections so AI answer systems can extract facts about Trigo's services.
What does GEO mean here?
Generative Engine Optimization: citable passages, entity clarity, and technical accessibility so tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity can reference the site reliably.
What is planned after the website launch?
A custom purchasing application for documentation, pricing, digital signing, and Swish payouts. That work is next, not part of the launched website.
Project impact
Trigo now has a faster, more maintainable site that better represents the business and supports search visibility, user experience, and conversion. Next step: a custom purchasing app for documentation, pricing, digital signing, and Swish payouts.
