Clear terms before you start. Website Care and Website Growth are binding for the first 24 months.
- Binding 24-month term. You pay for Care or Growth during the first 24 months. Early exit is not a self-service cancel; it must be negotiated with IvyyDev.
- After the initial term. After 24 paid months you own the code. IvyyDev then normally contacts you to move to Webbops (cheaper ops on the site you own), or you can run ops yourself. During the initial 24-month term the agreement is binding; early exit must be negotiated.
- Domain and ownership. Domain is yours from day one. Site and source ownership transfers after 24 paid months on Care and Growth.
- Upgrade Care to Growth anytime. If you need a form, 1 h/month, or more ongoing help, you can switch during the subscription. Downgrading from Growth to Care is not offered.
What happens if I want to leave?
During the first 24 months, Care and Growth are a binding contract. You use and pay for the service for that term. Wanting an early exit or cancel does not end the agreement on its own; we negotiate it together with IvyyDev.
You always keep your domain and your own materials, such as texts, images, and logo.
During the first 24 paid months, IvyyDev owns and operates the website solution itself. You cannot take the website to another provider before ownership transfers.
After 24 paid months, the website source code transfers to you. You can continue with IvyyDev via Webbops or run operations yourself. Earlier takeover can also be negotiated as a separate buyout.
How the agreement works

The start fee (SEK 1,495 on Care, SEK 2,495 on Growth) covers setup, the prototype path, and first delivery so the monthly package price stays clear. Care and Growth monthly and start fees are fixed package prices. Care year one totals SEK 17,035.
What is included in Website Care?
A custom responsive website (about 3–5 pages, Basic level), responsive design, basic SEO, hosting, SSL, backups, maintenance and updates, deployment, technical support for the website, and minor technical fixes. No included content minutes. Care does not include a contact form, Google Maps, integrations, or new features. Need those? Upgrade to Growth anytime (downgrade is not offered).
Can I get a form or integrations on Care?
No. Care is Basic level without forms, Maps, integrations, or new features. Upgrade to Growth anytime if you need that. Downgrading from Growth to Care is not offered. On buy-once, integrations and new features are quoted or billed at SEK 900/h after approval.
Can I switch from Care to Growth?
Yes. You can upgrade from Website Care to Website Growth anytime during the subscription. Monthly fee and inclusions follow Growth from the switch. Downgrading from Growth back to Care is not offered.
What is the difference between Care and Basic buy?
Same build level (3–5 pages, no form). Basic buy: SEK 8,500 once and ownership from day one; ops via you or Webbops. Care: fixed start and monthly package, ops included, code ownership after 24 paid months. Care fits when you want a lower start and IvyyDev handling the tech.
What is the difference between Growth and CMS?
CMS is a buy package: you own from day one and publish yourself via an admin. Growth is a website subscription: Contact-like direction (form per quote), ops included, and up to 1 h/month of minor changes. Larger work: quote or SEK 900/h.
Why does Care have 0 content minutes while Webbops has 30?
Care is build plus ops for customers who are not paying the lump sum; content work is quoted or needs Growth. Webbops (SEK 595/month) is ops on a site you already own and includes up to 30 minutes of minor content changes per month.
What does the Growth hour mean?
Growth includes up to one hour per month for minor content and web changes. Unused time does not roll over. Larger features, redesigns, integrations, or content production are quoted separately or billed at SEK 900 per hour.
What counts as a bug, minor change, or new feature?
Bug: something that was meant to work but does not, fixed within reasonable support. Minor content change: text, image, or link within any minute budget. New feature or integration: new capability, new logic, or a connection to another system. Not included in Care (upgrade to Growth). On Growth/buy: quote or hourly billing after approval.
Is hosting included?
Yes on Care and Growth. Hosting, SSL, backups, maintenance and updates, deployment, and technical support for the website are part of the monthly subscription.
